Refer your friend and be eligible to receive $50!

Simply help us get the word out about Nutrasource and we'll give you $50 for every friend or family member you refer that qualifies and enrols in a study.

Here's how it works...

• Review the general rules listed below to determine who qualifies for our Referral Program.
• Tell your friends about Nutrasource and have them sign up for a study online or by contacting our Recruitment Department.
• For the question, “How did you hear about us?” have them select “referral from friend or family” and then enter your name under the “other category”.
• Once they enrol in a study, you receive $50!

It's that easy! Make money with each referral, and there's no limit to how many friends you can refer!

Conditions:

• Subject must qualify and enrol in a study and must have indicated ‘referral’ during pre-screening or at their screening appointment.
• Subject may not be referred more than one time.
• Subjects may not refer each other.
• Subject must enrol in the study before payment can be received.
• In the event that a subject is referred by multiple people, the first person who referred will receive payment.
• Eligibility will be determined by Nutrasource. Nutrasource reserves the right to revise or eliminate this program at any time without notice.
